The clocks officially change at 2 in the morning.
Although it is an adjustment that is made every year, the change can have some difficulties both in daily schedules and in the quality of sleep.
The debate over daylight saving time has been discussed for years.
Yet 75% of Americans are in favor of not turning back the clock any further.
