The withdrawal of the sailors from Ukraine was difficult, but what lies ahead with our ships will be something we have not encountered. There are real problems with the withdrawal of ships, not to mention the crew. The problem is how the logistics will be carried out and a Bulgarian crew will board the ship. There will be pitfalls. This was stated by long-distance sailing captain Hristo Papukchiev in the show “The Day Live” on Novanez.
He was referring to Russia’s call for the withdrawal of blocked merchant ships in Ukrainian ports.
He pointed out that a large insurance company had previously announced that Russia was unable to ensure safe departure from the port.
