The head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, Major General Kirilo Budanov, told Sky News that the war with Russia “is going so well that it will reach a turning point in mid-August and end before the end of the year.” Sky News commented that this was the “most optimistic forecast” of a senior Ukrainian official.
