The emergency services announced that they extinguished the fire at a large oil refinery in Russia, two hours after it was hit by a drone, the TASS news agency reported on Thursday morning, as quoted by The Guardian.
TASS said the incident took place at the Ilsky refinery near the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk in the Krasnodar region.
