The new update called Clear Skies for the Free2Play game Dauntless is now available. This brings a very special novelty, because Ramsgate has been completely redesigned.
The revised central hub Ramsgate has received a completely new layout with numerous sights and dwellings of its residents. The city now has an individual soundscape for individual districts and NPCs and thus looks much more lively. Players can fill their journal by interacting with NPCs and items, and unlock Lore about the Shattered Isles and their residents. The city also now offers a mini racing game in which players can invite their friends to race on different paths through Ramsgate. The mini game will be expanded in the future.
The design of the swords has also been completely revised. In addition to new combos, the sword now has a bravery system with three components: core combos that generate bravery, bravery combos that cost bravery and the ether meter with which the currently equipped special ability can be activated. Valor combos open up a number of new combat options for the sword class, such as an AoE attack or medium and long-range attacks.
The “Clear Skies” hunting pass is also released today, allowing players to unlock up to 50 levels of rewards, including cosmetic items, bounty tags, consumables, and more. All items are in the design of the celebrations surrounding the renewal of the city of Ramsgate. Slayers can also get an exotic weapon for the first time through the hunting pass – the hunger sword.
