It remains to be seen how much say Kiki has when it comes to the name of the sprout. Annemarie already sarcastically suggests on Instagram that at least she doesn’t have to worry about the baby name. Enough choice from her daughter’s selection, namely. ‘Kiki has some good suggestions for us:
Loeffie, Backpack, Sinterklaas, Poekie, Cinderella
The latter is really for a girl and the others are unisex.’

On June 14, Simon and Annemarie announce that a family expansion is on the way. The Volendam couple can’t believe their luck. ‘Indescribably happy and grateful’, Annemarie wrote at the time. The couple told in their own podcast last year Me & Simon candid about their future. The two were often asked whether they would like a second child. “It can hurt a lot of people. It can be a very painful question,” said Annemarie at the time.
