The news was also confirmed by the chairman of the NasDem Party faction in the DPR, Ahmad Ali. The man who is familiarly called Mad Ali confirmed that Percha Leanpuri died at the age of 35 years.
It is known that Percha Leanpuri experienced a weak condition after giving birth after giving birth to twins. Mad Ali said the condition of the woman who was born on April 24, 1986, had undergone intensive treatment when she was exposed to Corona.
Percha Leanpuri was hospitalized for a week because he needed oxygen assistance. However, his condition had improved from COVID-19 before finally closing the post-partum age.
“She previously gave birth to twins, it turned out that COVID-19 was also confirmed (About) 7-8 days of treatment. Was put on a ventilator and got better,” said Mad Ali.
Percha Leanpuri is a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives who was born and raised in Belitang, South Sumatra. Before occupying his position on the DPR bench, he served as a member of the DPD for the 2009-2014 period representing South Sulawesi.
In 2015, he resigned to participate in the regional head election until he was finally elected as a candidate for DPR member from the NasDem party in the 2019 election.
