The position
We are looking for a Data Marketing Analyst (F/M) on a permanent contract to join the head office of our insurance company located in Chécy (45).
Within the Data and Customer Knowledge department, you develop the databases and determine different criteria which allow you to study the figures linked to commercial activity (thus contributing to the marketing plan). You support businesses in their decision-making thanks to analyzes and studies in order to optimize the marketing strategy.
Your missions:
• You ensure the collection, monitoring and exploitation of marketing and commercial data
• You produce and analyze statistical studies in order to prepare different marketing activities:
• promotional and commercial actions,
• monitoring of sponsorship,
• monitoring the marketing of new products,
• studies to optimize the marketing plan,
• targeting for mailing and SMS campaigns.
• You create clear and concise dashboards (via Excel, power BI) to monitor the results of the various actions carried out and you ensure the quality of the data used
• You are responsible for regularly updating commercial and marketing data and responding to extraction requests from the network.

Profile
You hold a Bac+5 level diploma in statistics (University Masters / Engineering School) and have at least 3 years of experience in this same type of position.
You have a perfect command of SQL language and you know how to use statistical software (SAS / Datalku / Alteryx, etc.).
You are familiar with BI tools (Power BI), Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud, and Case) and DataGalaxy would be a plus. You have an appetite for the field of Marketing and knowledge of the insurance sector is an asset for your profile.
Reliability, sense of analysis and synthesis, method and interpersonal skills are your recognized qualities.
