Data, Kristiansund | Incorporated company

A corporate transfer has taken place, in which today’s Ramvik AS takes over the business of Snøhetta Data AS. Ramvik AS then changes its name to Snøhetta Data AS.

The company writes it in a press release.

The transfer is related to the fact that founder and owner Thor Arne Rambek of Ramvik AS sold his shares to Snøhetta Regnskap AS.

Headquarters in Kristiansund

Snøhetta Data was founded in 2016 and has until now been owned by Ramvik AS and Snøhetta Regnskap. The company has branches in Otta and Vinstra in Gudbrandsdalen. These will now go into the new Snøhetta Data AS so that the computer company has a total of three departments, including its headquarters in Kristiansund.

– In this way, we will gather the company’s expertise and serve computer customers both in the Northwest and in Gudbrandsdalen, says Snøhetta Regnskap CEO Paul Ulheim, who does not hide that there are many advantages to having your own company of computer when you have grown up in accounting services.

Ramvik AS was founded in Nordmøre already in 1995 and general manager Håkon Solli has been employed since 2001. Solli, who was general manager at both Snøhetta Data and Ramvik, is now looking forward to being able to present services and goods under joint profiling.

– Our clients in Ramvik AS will not notice any particular changes apart from the new name and profiling. We will continue to have the high level of service and help customers as before, says Håkon Solli, who continues to be general manager of the new Snøhetta Data.
