Deutsche Telekom regularly distributes data gifts to users who log in to the app. However, this is not a contractual component, but rather a constantly weighed and nodded decision by the provider. Internally, however, it has now been communicated that the data gift of 500 MB per month will continue. This special was supposed to expire at the end of June, but will only last until the end of the year. So if you look into the MeinMagenta app once a month, you get a one-time 500 MB data volume as a data gift on top.
