The professor taught ecology at the University of Tuscia, was shot and killed inside his car. On the asphalt skid marks: the victim was fleeing to the killer
One lecturer at the University of Tuscia was found dead in the province of Viterbo inside his car. For the carabinieri, a homocide: in the evening they performed a series of house searches, among the houses controlled by the investigators there would also be that of the killer. The victim was called Dario Angeletti and was 52 years old. The bloodied and lifeless body was found in a parking lot near the Saline of Tarquinia; it was a passer-by who noticed it and sounded the alarm. The teacher was killed with a few gunshots, one of which hit him in the back of the head, fired from the side opposite to that of the driver, from outside the car.

Angeletti was sitting in the driver’s seat, with the seat belt fastened. The carabinieri noticed gods on the ground skid marks left by the victim’s car: the hypothesis, therefore, that he was trying to escape from someone chasing him. Pictures of some were also examined cameras present on the square.

The son of a doctor, the teacher was a well-known person: specialized in biology, at the University of Tuscia he was associate professor of applied ecology and ecological genetics. He also ran a cetacean research center.
