The program “Your Face Sounds Familiar”, which has been broadcast on Polsat since 2014, will undergo major changes this spring. One of them is the modification of the composition of the jury. As previously reported, the station has parted ways with Michał Wisniewski i Katarzyna Skrzynecka.
Małgorzata Walewska and Robert Janowski retained the jury seats. In addition to them, there will be one more person in the jury, which means that for the first time in the history of the program, the group of jurors will be three-person, the Wirtualnemedia.pl portal has determined. On Thursday, Polsat officially confirmed that Maciej Rock will become the new co-host of “TTBZ”., who will replace Piotr Gąsowski in this role (he resigned from further work in the program). The second co-host is Maciej Dowbor. The changes are related to the arrival of a new program director, Edward Miszczak, at Polsatbut it is not certain to what extent it is solely his decisions.
The first revealed participant of the 18th edition of “Your face sounds familiar” is the Bollywood actress and model Natalia Janoszek.
Daria and Krzysztof Ibisz participate in “Your face sounds familiar”
The Wirtualnemedia.pl portal confirmed the information that the next participant will be the singer Daria Marcinkowska known as Daria. The artist took part in last year’s pre-selections for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Paranoia”, and in 2019 she was a participant in the TVP2 program “The Voice of Poland”. She made it to the Battles stage there.
The program will also feature Krzysztof Ibisz, associated with Polsat for 23 years. “Fact” was the first to write about his participation. Ibisz recently co-hosted the show “Dancing with the Stars Taniec z Gwiazdami”, and previously many Polsat programs, festivals and concerts. Several years ago, he sang in the music program “Showtime!”. In December 2020, together with Maciej Dowbor, he hosted the Christmas episode “Your Face Sounds Familiar”.
In addition, there will be five more participants in “TTBZ 18”, including a non-media person selected in the casting. The executive producer of the program is Endemol Shine Polska.
Polsat showed the 17th season of “Your face sounds familiar” on Fridays at 20.05, in the period from September 2 to November 4 last year. According to Nielsen data, the average viewership of the program was 1.48 million viewers, which translated into 12.04 percent. station’s market share among all viewers, 10.30 percent. in the commercial group 16-49 and 10.77 percent. in the 16-59 group.
Polsat’s share in the television market among all viewers in 2022 was 7.30%.
