Her career is only going up. Each new song of hers gives another beautiful sign of her talent and potential not only as an artist, but also as an author. Dara Ekimova has no time to waste. After the success of “Posle scho mu mohidish”, she is ready with the video realization of a new single from her short album, “Don’t wake me up”. For the song of the same name, Dara Ekimova teams up in a duet with the owner of one of the most interesting male voices in our country – Tino. The performers work together on the creation of the music and lyrics, and for the arrangement they partner with Iskren Tonchev (Iskrata).
“Don’t Wake Me” is a song about the impossible. It tells about two people who can’t find a common path in reality, so they look for it in their dreams,” shares Tino.
On the idea and realization of the video, Dara Ekimova and Tino worked with the creative duo The Trackers, the team of “Virginia Records”, Ivan Dimitrov (Torex) and the cameraman Viktor Milushev. The visualization is reminiscent of a short film.
“The video for “Don’t Wake Me” is the finishing touch to a very sensual and powerful song. I am happy that we realized this project together with Tino“, says Dara Ekimova.
“Don’t wake me up” was released yesterday – March 6, on the Bulgarian radio and TV airwaves, on all audio streaming platforms and Dara Ekimova’s official YouTube channel. The project was implemented with the support of CeraVe, Moto-Pfohe Bulgaria and the MUZIKAUTOR Cultural Fund.
