Next Thursday, May 23 at 8 pm, at the Comedia Theater, the event called “Danza Cordobesa por la Patria” will take place.
It is a spectacular proposal that brings together dance directors from Córdoba to “give an unprecedented show.”
The first dancers from the Teatro del Libertador San Martín, the Solsire Folkloric Company, the Dance Theater Cast of the Municipality of Córdoba, the national malambo champion Tito Díaz, the dancers and researchers Leonardo Pereyra and Laura Cornejo, Colo Balmaceda and the renowned folk singer José Luis Aguirre, among others.

“This gala was born as a commitment to confirm social ties with culture and contribute to the promotion of equity. The event is charitable and the entry fee will be a donation of non-profitable food that will help soup kitchens in the City of Córdoba,” say the organizers.
In the words of Laura and Facundo Cornejo, coordinators of the proposal: “In times of uncertainty, it is the responsibility of culture and its creators to weave the historical, reflective and supportive construction from sensitive people.”
Admission is free (first come, first served, until room capacity is exhausted), but with a non-perishable food item.
