Danube Properties, the fastest private real estate development company in the UAE, announced the launch of the “Elitez 3” project in Jumeirah Village Circle, with a value exceeding 800 million dirhams, and is scheduled to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.
The project is located in the same area as the Elitz and Elitz 2 towers – which are being built in Jumeirah Village Circle – which will contribute to meeting the growing demand for luxury homes. exceeding 10 billion dirhams so far.

Like most other Danube projects, homes in Elite 3 come with more than 40 facilities including a health club, swimming pools, sports area, tennis court, barbecue area, jogging track and more.

The launch of the Elite 3 project comes after the real estate market in Dubai witnessed an unprecedented increase in the number of transactions, as it recorded 60,440 transactions with a value of 177.3 billion dirhams in the first half of the year.
