Sporting director Luděk Mikloško expressed his confidence in Searle, stating, “I am convinced that Danny Searle will be a huge asset for us.” Mikloško is familiar with the new member of the coaching staff from their time together at West Ham United. He described Searle as a hardworking coach and a great expert who holds a UEFA Pro License. Mikloško believes that Searle will bring a lot to the team as a member of the coaching staff, especially considering his experience at Chelsea.
Searle’s most recent role was as the head coach of Waterford FC, where he led the team to a second-place finish in the Division 1 table last season.
