TMZ reports on the recent incident that allegedly occurred between tool drummer Danny Carey and a security officer at the Kansas City airport. Law enforcement sources told the site that airport police responded to a report of a malfunction between two men on Sunday evening (December 12, 2021). When they got to the scene, they arrested Carey and took him to a nearby police station. The 60-year-old musician was arrested for minor bodily harm and released on bail. However, the police report will be forwarded to the public prosecutor for review, who may then bring charges.

Don’t get annoyed
A spokesman for the Kansas City Aviation Administration added: “When it comes to requesting body and dash cam videos, our police do not have this technology. The police report was forwarded to the public prosecutor’s office for review. “
Carey’s arrest came the day after he played the Jimi Hendrix song ‘Fire’ at the University Of Kansas basketball game against the University Of Missouri at Lawrence. There is now a video of the Tool member’s arrest.
The clip can be heard how Carey berates the officers and tells the person filming him to go “Record everything on video”. The musician, who wears a Kansas City Chiefs jersey, keeps asking one of the officers: “Who did I attack?” And calls: “I just want to get out of here.” At the end of the video, two officers can be seen pushing Carey against a glass wall outside the airport, one ordering Carey not to get too close. The officers handcuff Carey’s wrists while one of them tells the drummer to go “Stop fighting back now.”
