Danish Prime Minister calls on West to abandon “red lines” in conflict with Russia

The West must not allow a delay in the supply of weapons to Ukraine, and restrictions on their use must be imposed. This was confirmed by the Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen, in an interview with Bloomberg.

“My suggestion is that we stop talking about ‘red lines.’ It was a mistake to have a public debate about them during this war,” said the Danish Prime Minister.

According to her, “the most important red line” crossed Russia with the beginning of the war. Allowing Ukraine to strike with Western weapons on Russian territory will not lead to an escalation that will draw Kiev’s allies into the conflict, Frederiksen is sure.
