At the Palalido in Milan (now renamed Allianz Cloud), historic home of Italian boxing, tonight on Friday 26 February Daniele Marco Scardina returns to the ring. For the new edition of the Milan Boxing Night, King Toretto challenges Cesar Nunez, the Spaniard who contends for the title of European super-medium weight champion (direct from 19.30 on Dazn). Born in Rozzano, in the Milanese hinterland, on 2 April 1992, the boxer who grew up with the legend of Mike Tyson. For this reason, since he was a child, he decided to devote himself to boxing. In a short time he achieved great results: in 2015 he passed among the professionals in the super-medium weight category and in 2019 he won the title of IBF super middleweight world champion. Due to the pandemic, Scardina comes from a stop to the boxing activity that has lasted for well over a year. His last fight – again at Palalido – was on 25 October 2019, when he defeated Ilias Achergui by unanimous verdict of the judges (the Italian boxer has not yet lost a fight out of the 18 he has sustained in his career). Instead, the Spanish pause is shorter. From 29 February 2020 when he beat compatriot Alejandro Mostazo.
