After one of the co-owners and the new general manager last week, it was the turn of the new head coach of the New York Giants, Brian Daboll, to praise quarterback Daniel Jones.

“He’s got the right mindset, he’s a big player and there’s a lot of things I love about Daniel,” the 46-year-old said on Monday, in his first media bath since joining the media. he was hired by the Big Apple club.
“We’re going to take it one day at a time. We will work with him, we will help him become a better player and a better leader. We will help him with all sorts of things.”
Jones has been the Giants’ starting quarterback since they made him their first pick (sixth overall) in the 2019 NFL Entry Draft. 24-year-old pivot behind their centre. Prior to joining the Giants, Daboll spent four seasons as an offensive coordinator with the Buffalo Bills. “I have no intention of making predictions. I won’t do that to Daniel or any other player. I don’t think it’s fair to compare him to another guy I’ve worked with before,” Daboll said.
