Berliner’s fourth single by choice was written by JAN & JASCHA!
DANIEL HAUSER has been enthusiastic about music since early childhood. This was not only due to his grandfather, who had inspired him for music, but also to the KELLY FAMILY, who had already inspired him in kindergarten. And so he decided to complete an apprenticeship as a musical actor after school. Said and done: the artist can now look back on his engagements in musical shows such as “West Side Story”, “Kiss Me Kate”, “Ludwig – The Musical” and “La Cage aux folles”.
Meanwhile, DANIEL also discovered his heart for German hits and was able to achieve early success with singles like “Once more”, “If my heart leave me today” or more recently “I want”, which speaks of the power of willpower.
The fourth single “Musik im Blut” also has autobiographical references. The song is a declaration of love for music, a rhythmic track that gets under your skin. The song is mainly dedicated to DANIEL’s grandfather, who loved music as an orchestral musician and, as described at the beginning, also brought the artist closer to his enthusiasm for music.
And when DANIEL describes in the song how he “walks into his old Kadett” and hears “something from ROXETTE”, he certainly brings back memories. He sings heartily: “Because only music can free me … – I need music to be happy!” – And this also applies to the end of my life: “I have music in my blood until my last breath”. The song was written by the successful songwriting duo JAN & JASCHA.
One immediately believes the Berliner by choice who also hears what he sings – after all, he burns his passion for the rest of his life and freely admits in his song the accusation of being “crazy”: “Yes, that’s so right!” . DANIEL is aware that it is often an advantage when it comes to pop music if you are really crazy – we hope he will definitely keep this quality and cross his fingers for “Musik im Blut”.
