    3- Open grip high pulley chest row with resistance band

    4- Rowing with elastic band for the dorsal

    5- Quick lateral movements

    6- Air bike or CrossFit bike

    7- Decline push-ups with feet on the box

    8- Concentrated crunches with hands behind the head and bent legs

    9- Climbers in crunch position face up with knee to opposite hand

    10- Balancing Side Plank for Abs and Obliques
