Security researchers from Flashpoint and Sekoia warn of Risepro, a piece of malware that is used to, among other things, steal login credentials to a range of popular services and crypto wallets.
Risepro is mainly spread via pirate sites offering tools to ‘crack’ popular programs and games, reports say Computer that plays.
Hackers who want to use Risepro can purchase the code on Telegram or various dark web forums.
Who is behind Risepro is unclear at the time of writing, but there are clear similarities to similar malware called Privateloader.
