On Friday morning, the Norwegian Meteorological Institute states that they have issued a warning for lightning and thunder for Eastern Norway, Western Norway and Møre og Romsdal.
“On Sunday, there will be another break in southern Norway,” the Meteorological Institute wrote on Twitter. “The thunderstorm first moves east, but during the day it moves northwest,” they continue.

While in Vestland and Møre og Romsdal there will be a danger of a lot of lightning and thunder from Sunday afternoon and evening.
