“I don’t have a favorite dance. I have more respect for Latin American ones, because with them the guy taps in different ways and sways strangely. It is a dance demanding body coordination. In StarDance, however, I will put more emphasis on gracefulness. We older men are more graceful than fast,” says David Prachař.
His dancer adds that she is now mainly trying to get her partner to learn to love dancing: “I know from experience that it is possible. I admire what the human body can create for beauty. I certainly don’t want to overshadow David with my energy, but at the same time I don’t want to be invisible. So I emphasize balance. It must be a beautiful dance, and not just a show.”
