Dan Biggar would sign in Toulon until 2025!

It is official this Friday morning: the first player of the Welsh national team Dan Biggar has joined the Rugby Club Toulonnais as an additional player until the end of the current season.

Looking for an additional opening to support New Zealand’s Ihaia West, the only training opening in the 2022/2023 workforce, the Toulon staff finally found what they were looking for.

This is seasoned Welsh captain Dan Biggar who made 105 appearances for Wales at age 33.

In its press release published this Friday morning, the RCT specifies that Dan Biggar is committed until next June.

But according to information from RMC Sport, Dan Biggar has signed a much longer contract.

The Welsh, in fact, would have engaged in the XV de la Rade for the next two seasons, that is, until June 2025.

For the moment, RC Toulon has not confirmed this information.

If this information were to be confirmed, it would mean that Rugby Club Toulonnais would find its opening for the next few seasons. Consequently, the track leading to Matthieu Jalibert, who is linked to UBB until 2025, should close quickly.
