The organizers of the Dakar rally raid, taking place in Saudi Arabia, decided to reliably stop the tenth stage of the race.
Due to worsening weather conditions and a serious increase in wind, all resources allocated to ensure the safety of participants were fully mobilized. Further, it was impossible to guarantee safety, the race management decided to stop the tenth stage after 345 kilometers.
