TRIBUN-TIMUR.COM, MAKASSAR – PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) introduced the Rocky variant with a 1.2L engine at Trans Studio Mall located on Jl. Metro Tj. Bunga, Makassar City, Friday (25/6/2021).
This new variant was introduced just two months after the presence of the Daihatsu Rocky 1.0L.
Head of IBT Region PT Astra International Tbk Daihatsu, Tulus Pambudi said the presence of the 1.2L Rocky was to complete the variant that the Indonesian people were interested in.
“People who already use the 1.0L engine can also use the new 1.2L,” said Tulus in his presentation.
For specifications, Rocky 1.2L uses a new 1.2L WA-VE 3-cylinder type engine that provides responsive acceleration, but is still fuel efficient.
In addition, with the choice of Dual Mode CVT on the Rocky 1.2L, driving becomes more comfortable and enjoyable.
Daihatsu Rocky 1.2L is also equipped with the latest features, such as LED headlamp & rear combi lamp, key free, full digital meter cluster with 4 display modes.
There is also a 7-inch audio touchscreen with smartphone connectivity, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
This feature makes the Daihatsu Rocky look more resilient, while making it easier for drivers to maneuver around sharp turns.
Rocky 1.2L has 5 color choices, namely Yellow Metallic, Icy White, Ultra Black Solid, Dark Gray Metallic, and Classic Silver Metallic.
