Dagmara Domińczyk was born in 1976 in Kielce. She quickly left for the USA with her parents. She quickly settled in there. Interestingly, she did not have any complex related to the fact that she was born in Poland.

“We went to Poland every holiday. Recently I was walking around Kielce and reminiscing. I have a lot of videos in my head: my grandmother pulling me on a sled, I was standing in a queue with my mother (…). I grew up in the United States, but the house was Polish,” she recalls in an interview.

Privately Dagmara Dominczyk got involved with actor Patrick Wilsonwhom she married in August 2005. The couple had two sons. The elder Kalin Patrick is currently 18 years old, and Kassian McCarrell is three years younger.
“My husband is simply wonderful. Dad was in love with Patrick. He said: ‘My son. My only son’, because Patrick is a sincere, good person. Warm, sensitive, caring,” the actress praises her husband.
The Polish star found herself perfectly in the United States. Her talent was appreciated years ago by the best directors.
“I have a beautiful house, three dogs, a job in the United States, a job in Poland, films, TV series, but also time to write and read books. I felt so damn grateful and so calm. I still have passion, hunger for gaming, I started writing a second book, I still want to achieve various things, maybe do something together with Patrick. But generally speaking, I achieved what I wanted,” she said in an interview with the newspaper.
