Separating after 28 years
“We would so love to have your lovely, warm and kind hand and hold it forever, but tonight we had to let go. And you flew to the sky. Our beloved, incredibly beautiful, wild, gorgeous, dress-loving Ania,” the family wrote, adding:
“We eventually realized that it had to be this way, but we probably didn’t realize it anyway. Now we are devastated by grief and miss your warm eyes and your beautiful smile so much. But we are also infinitely grateful for everything you have given us and all other near and dear ones around you in your all-too-short life. You are our star. Love you”.
Mamma Lisa’s farewell to Milo (2)
– It was brutal
Dag Erik Pedersen has previously told about when his ex-boyfriend received the diagnosis in 2016.
– It was brutal. Suddenly there we were, from being supporters in the cancer cause – through our work for the Cancer Society with the year’s most important cycle ride “Granfondo Don Pedro” – to becoming patients and relatives. I have had close friends who have lost their lives to cancer, so it was personal before as well. But it became even more personal now. It hit with colossal weight, says Pedersen previously told to Se og Hør.
In 2018, Veliz was told that the disease had stabilised.
