Daesung’s handwritten letter after leaving YG… “The Big Bang is forever”

Big Bang’s Daesung confessed his feelings about leaving YG Entertainment.

On the 2nd, Daesung posted a video on his YouTube channel “D’splay” and left a handwritten letter to his fans.

In the letter in the video, Daesung expressed his gratitude to YG Entertainment, saying, “I sincerely thank you for taking care of me, raising me and raising me.”

Daesung said, “I go on a new adventure with that grateful heart in the corner of my heart.

Sure, it’s scary and scary. I think there will be definite value in this shaky but forceful step,” she said, expressing his thoughts on being alone.

Daesung continued, “In 2023, it’s a step I’m only taking with a hopeful mind in the face of a hazy, fog-like future, but I’m trying to walk that path quietly and boldly.”

In particular, at the end of the letter, Daesung said, “Someone told me. Nothing is eternal. no. There is absolutely nothing forever, BIGBANG,” he added, revealing his affection for his team.

At the end of last year, after consulting with YG Entertainment, Daesung terminated his contract without renewing it. Before Daesung, Taeyang also left YG Entertainment and moved to The Black Label.

With the news that Taeyang and Daesung would terminate their exclusive contracts and start over after TOP last year, fans’ worries about the Big Bang group’s future have grown. However, YG Entertainment stated, “The fact that Daesung and Taeyang are members of Big Bang remains unchanged” and “We know that many people are waiting for BIGBANG’s activities, so we will work together to achieve this.”
