Today, the Dacia brand unveiled the modern design of the third generation of the Sandero, Sandero Stepway and Logan models. However, we will wait until the end of the month to reveal the complete parameters.

The third generation of available Dacia cars should be “the embodiment of the spirit of their predecessors,” the carmaker said in a press release. But for the “still unbeatable price” we should now get more modernity and equipment, but still with an emphasis on simplicity and reliability.
But let’s start with what is hidden from view at first glance. The basis of the new Dacia models has become the platform of the latest generation of the Renault Clio, thanks to which, despite similar shapes, we are looking at completely new cars.

The new Sandero got a more sloping windshield, a lower roof with an antenna at the rear and a receding roof line at the rear. The ground clearance of the car remained unchanged, but thanks to the combination of a wider track and protruding fenders, the new Sandero should give a lower and more pronounced impression.
The more adventurous Sandero Stepway will offer a higher ground clearance and an even more distinctive exterior design. In addition, the carmaker tried to differentiate the spirit of the Stepway crossover even more from the classic Sander, which it wants to achieve with specific mask ribbing, a more arched hood, a chrome Stepway logo under the radiator grille and a chrome arch over the fog lights.

The new Logan boasts a redesigned silhouette that should be more dynamic, smoother and slightly elongated. Like Sandero, Logan gets a receding roof line and an antenna at the back. In addition, the carmaker slightly reduced the side windows, which should contribute to the dynamics of the car’s silhouette.
Slightly protruding fenders and a more premium design of some elements, such as new handles, should then be common to all new models. As well as a new light signature in the shape of a horizontal letter Y, which creates both front and rear lamps.

The optical elements are connected at the front and rear by a horizontal line, which should optically expand the cars. Overall, the new light signature should give all machines an even stronger personality.
However, we will have to wait for more information about the third generation of the Sandero, Sandero Stepway and Logan models until the official premiere, which is scheduled for September 29.
