Dacia is a brand that continues to grow and could increase its range of models even more in the coming years. Here we are not only talking about the future Bigster SUV, which is to be launched on the market in the next 2 years, but about a completely different model, as it never existed in the Mioveni manufacturer’s range.
Rumors talk about a new model, which will take the form of an SUV coupe, like the Renault Arkana, for example. Images published on the Instagram page kdesignag represent well-made renderings of what could be a new Dacia model.
From the images presented by this visual artist, we can quickly see the silhouette of the SUV coupe, with the sunken rear window and a spoiler integrated with the roof line. The artist mixed the design of the new Renault Rafale with the design presented on the Dacia Bigster concept, thus resulting in this design exercise.
Dacia C-Neo, a possible SUV coupe for the Romanian brand
I heard about Dacia C-Neo a few months ago, when I learned that the domestic manufacturer is engaged in a development project of a new compact model, which was called C-Neo. The Dacia C-Neo should have a similar length to that of the next-generation Duster, which should mean it will be around 4.4 meters long. The design will be made with the intention of making the car stand out. The goal is to bring to the market a model with its own identity.
The Renault Arkana was a sales success, and if the initiative worked at Renault, why wouldn’t it work at Dacia? There are enough customers who are looking for a good-looking car with a slightly higher ground clearance, but which does not cost a lot. Thus, a coupe SUV from Dacia, a budget manufacturer, could be successful on the market.
