The same philosophy is promoted by Denis Le Vot, CEO of the company: “Dacia constantly defines the most important things in the automotive industry and combines concepts such as affordable and attractive,” said in an official press release of the company.

Some time ago, Dacia boasted a new logo and emblem, ie two symbols starting a new era of the company. The logo is intended to express an impression of strength and stability, while the drawing of the letters represents the sober and cunning spirit of the brand. The basis of the logo is the connection of D and C as two parts that together form a chain link, a symbol of strength and connection. According to the design team, this emblem is a distinctive graphic element that allows you to easily and remotely recognize the Dacia brand.

In addition to simplicity, the Romanian company also opted for a color change. Tatam is an iconic blue logo, from now on Dacia wants to present itself with the “natural” color of khaki. While you would still be looking in vain for innovations on the models, they are already starting to appear elsewhere…

Since June 2021, the new brand identity has been presented across communication channels, brand websites (including the Czech one), advertisements, brochures and other materials. Dacia showrooms will start to change to a new style at the beginning of 2022, the new logo and emblem will appear on the cars themselves from the second half of next year.
