KV Mechelen had a difficult season in the Jupiler Pro League and is urgently looking for reinforcements. They may have found this with a native Malinois.
It was equally clear: Daam Foulon was on his way to KV Mechelen. On Thursday he took his medical tests and they were positive.
The official news followed on Friday: the left back has signed a contract with De Kakkers for two seasons. KV Mechelen has officially announced this.

Foulon was transfer-free after his contract with the Italian Benevento did not see an extension. Zulte Waregem also made an attempt for the Mechelen-born left back.
In the past, Foulon played for Lierse, Anderlecht and Beveren, among others. After an adventure in Italy, he is now back in his own country.
Lost son
“I moved into the city for a while. It was a long time ago, but everything brought back memories. I still had offers in my pocket, but I absolutely wanted to play for Malinwa. It feels like the prodigal son is back,” said Foulon in a first response to Malinwa’s website.
