David Lefèvre left for the Côte Saint-André (Regional 2) for a very nice challenge, the US Reventin found themselves without a coach for their flag team in this off-season. A lack filled since the North Isère club, whose team 1 plays in D1, has just announced the name of the one who will sit on the bench for the 2022-2023 exercise: Didier Rollat, ex OL, FC Lyon, Grigny and Cascol in particular.
A new page opens for the US Reventin. It is thus Didier Rollat who takes the lead of the pennant team and the Seniors group.
During his long career, the new usreventinois coach has known almost everything. The very high level already. Player at OL until the 3rd national division (National equivalent), he was then a coach and enjoyed several major trophies, in particular, the title of French Women’s Division 1 champion with FC Lyon in 1993. But he also gleaned climbs and titles in spades, as well as the first Rhône Cup organized, with the Regional 1 team of OL.
The technician comes to bring all his experience and skill to help the club progress, in the continuity of a magnificent season which saw our Violets finish 2e of D1 Isere.
On the reserve team side, which has just completed the cup / championship double and will evolve in D2, it is Fabien Bertholat who takes the reins of this formation. At the club for 4 years already, the young and promising Usreventinois coach was at the head of the U13 D1 criterium this season and comes to bring all his passion and his knowledge of football, he who played until National 2.
