With more than three thousand loyal fans, the home team had it in their backs, so they bravely set about measuring their strength with the favorite. He was attacked in the middle of the net and the defense in the field worked well. The end of the first set was then played by Czech smashers, who got the Slovenians into trouble.
The national team could also rely on Vašin, Galabov and the universal Hadrava in the second act, to which an effective block was added and during Zajíček’s service we managed to build a great lead with a four-point line 22:14 and again the Czechs used the second set.

Only in the third act did Slovenia find its rhythm, it almost completely stopped the Czech attack and the biggest star Urnaut commanded the downfall of his team. The awakening of the silver defenders, however, took only a hundred, in the fourth it was played again according to Czech notes, when Vašina’s offensive speech returned to absolute precision and the team, which managed to break the Slovenian blocks with incredible success, as if it were a sensational success in a trance.
