Czech Radiocommunications will have a new owner

The funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management joined České radiokomunikace in 2011. Since then, they have led the company in the transition to the second generation of digital terrestrial television (DVB-T2) and digital radio broadcasting (DAB +) in the Czech Republic.

Czech Radiocommunications operates a network of 660 telecommunications transmitters in the Czech Republic, of which 86 are used for the transmission of television and 97 for the transmission of radio signals, as well as 3730 kilometers of optical cables. In addition to supporting nationwide digital terrestrial broadcasting and connectivity, České Radiokomunikace also offers cloud and data center services.

The company is also committed to investing in the deployment of fifth generation (5G) mobile networks and the Internet of Things.
