“Czech Driver Staněk Claims Second Best Result in Formula 2 Series, Prepares for Monaco Race”

Nineteen-year-old Staněk finished thirteenth, 21.3 seconds behind the winner. After a ten-second penalty for Juan Manuel Correy, who was originally eleventh, for causing the crash, the Czech driver moved up to twelfth place and thus claimed the second best result in the premier season in the series, which is a precursor to Formula 1. The Trident team member was higher only a month ago in Baku, where for the eighth position he got his first and so far only point.
