Allegro company representatives finally notified their customers CZC.cz just a day before the original e-shop was down, ie on Wednesday night. The News also drew attention to it.

Instead, the CZC.cz website now presents the same offer as the Polish market, where the famous e-shop was once moved. If customers need to access their order history or resolve complaints or products, they will no longer find the relevant products on Allegra. They need to go to the special FAQ page that the Polish marketplace has prepared for this.

The tab on the Polish market has little to do with the original CZC.cz e-shop, except for the brand. “Although we are aware that we will not be able to transfer all the functions provided by the CZC.cz e-shop for technical reasons, we are determined to develop the new CZC shop on the Allegro platform in the long term . We believe that these measures will bring well-deserved stability and new customers to CZC,” the Polish market center said in a statement.

The same fate should now meet the Internet shopping center Mall.cz, which Allegro bought together with CZC.cz. However, representatives of the Polish market have not yet specified when the Mall will be closed.

“The main goal is to heal our Czech businesses. We are gradually turning Mall.cz and CZC.cz into buyers of the Allegro.cz platform and moving them to a common technical and software platform,” Allegro Group spokesperson Marcin Gruszka said in earlier.
