The famous animator would have spent more than 5 million dollars for this house of 400 m² offering incredible views of the American city.
According to the American site Dirt, the TV host Cyril Hanouna has just fallen for a villa located on the heights of Hollywood Hills for the tidy sum of 5.6 million dollars (4.7 million euros). Not sure the producer got a bad deal. He bought the property from a French couple, gallery owners and collectors Jean-Jacques and Julie Darmon, who had opened a gallery in Los Angeles in 2018. In 2007, they had paid the same amount ($ 5.45 million very precisely that is $ 150,000 less) in 2007 to afford this sumptuous residence, all concrete and glass, located in a private road popular with millionaires.
For this price, the host of “Touche pas à mon poste” will have a 400 m² pied-à-terre with 4 bedrooms, an infinity pool and an impressive waterfall flowing along of the four sides of a concrete column to finish next to the swimming pool. The whole thing is completed by a spa, not to mention a cinema room, no less than five fireplaces and a luxurious decor and equipment signed Fendi and Ralph Lauren, according to Dirt.

But above all, what makes this accommodation special is the incredible view it offers over the city of Los Angeles. With its huge bay windows, it is a real eagle’s nest giving the impression of floating above the city. Incredible views that can obviously be enjoyed from the large living room but also from most of the bedrooms and even from one of the bathrooms (see slideshow). And on the neighborhood side, rapper Booba’s great friend will be delighted to note that Arizona Zervas, a rising star in American rap, aged 26, lives nearby.
