Cyclist seriously injured in collision with parked car Inland

It is still unclear exactly how the accident could have happened. Several ambulances and a trauma helicopter were dispatched to the scene. The victim was rushed to hospital by ambulance.

The rear window of the car was broken in the accident. The Lisserdijk was closed to traffic in both directions for some time due to the accident.
