A cyclist collided with a tram in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and was seriously injured. The tram was on Friday afternoon on Greifswalder Strasse in the direction of Danziger Strasse, the police said on Saturday.
On Grellstraße, the train crashed into the 31-year-old cyclist, who is said to have come from the right. The man fell onto the street. He came to a hospital ward. The 59-year-old tram driver suffered shock but refused treatment. Tram traffic to Hackescher Markt was interrupted at the scene of the accident for around half an hour. (dpa)
