ROOSENDAAL – Rijkswieltourclub De Molenrijders is organizing a cycling tour together with De Rose-Linde on Sunday 3 July 2022. You will cycle 15, 30, 60 or 120 kilometers from Wouw, for charity. The proceeds go to De Rose-Linde, an open house for everyone affected by cancer.
Cancer has a major impact on everyday life. On an emotional, but also on a practical level, with regard to work, study or social contacts. It is important that patients, next of kin and next of kin can talk about their problems and receive adequate help if they wish. De Rose-Linde offers this care, so that this group of people experiences an optimal quality of life and can continue to participate.
“How beautiful it is to pedal together for a good cause! So while the cyclists are healthy, they also help people living with and after cancer by, for example, being sponsored by family or friends. De Rose-Linde wants to create as much support and awareness in society as possible. We want to be there for those affected by cancer and we can continue our work through your efforts.”, says Karen Suijkeruijk-Ader.
To support this important work, as many people as possible will get on their bicycles on Sunday 3 July to draw attention to life with and after cancer. Bicycle tour club De Molenrijders from Wouw is organizing this cycling event together with and for the benefit of De Rose-Linde. The Mill Riders celebrate their 50th anniversary in May and want to link this party to De Rose-Linde as a charity by organizing a cycling day in our region. The Rose-Linde is very happy with this! The National Fund against Cancer believes that De Rose-Linde is an important added value for cancer patients in our region and therefore supports this action by increasing the proceeds by 1 euro for every 2 euros.
You can participate by registering (also as a team) via the website https://tegenkanker.kentaa.com/team/team-de-rose-linde-tegen-kanker.
