While the Canadian company Premier Tech, a long-time partner which had taken on more importance by appending its name to that of the Kazakh team, decided to stop its involvement at the end of the 2022 season, the future of the team founded in 2007 was not an absolute certainty. Indeed, the economic crisis linked to the health crisis had weakened the foundations of the Kazakh training, having precipitated the rise of Premier Tech. Vinokourov, the return!
