Cyberweekly of September 6, 2024: three health establishments attacked

Welcome to this new edition of Cyberhebdo, your weekly meeting to find out everything about the cyberattacks that have made headlines.

Last week was moderately eventful with a total of eight cyberattacks reported in international media. Affected countries include the United Kingdom (GBR), Brazil (BRA), Colombia (COL), Singapore (SGP), Germany (DEU) and France (FRA).

It should be noted that France and the United Kingdom stand out this week as the most represented countries, with two cybersecurity incidents reported. But the healthcare sector is also particularly represented with three establishments affected across the world. This increase in attacks once again underlines the crucial importance of vigilance and protection of information systems on a global scale.

We remind you that our press review focuses on significant cyberattacks and does not deal with DDoS attacks or website defacements.
