CD Projekt Red is now writing via Twitter that they plan to release the first major expansion to Cyberpunk 2077 in 2023.
So far there are no known details about the expansion but CD Projekt Red promises to reveal more later this year.
Cyberpunk 2077 was originally released in December 2020 and received a lot of attention for how technically unfinished and buggy it was. CD Projekt Red has since continued to update the game, which is currently in a more stable stage.
Despite the technical difficulties, CD Projekt Red revealed in the same vein that Cyberpunk 2077 has now sold over 18 million copies.
