Owners of the PC version Cyberpunk 2077 they noticed an atypical error that damages the saved position. Pay attention to the size of the stored data. When it exceeds a certain limit, the game will not load your save.
An error occurs while loading the saved position when the size is larger than 8 MB. The size of the data depends on the number of items stored in the inventory. However, players agree that removing unnecessary equipment will hardly reduce the size.
The information confirms support GOG platform. If you get this error, support is recommended use an older file and try to keep the number of items in the inventory to a minimum.

Support adds that in one of the future updates, the size limit of the saved file may be increased, but damaged files remain corrupted.
The bug does not only apply to the GOG version, but also here on Steam. It is not clear if there is a similar limit on the consoles. However, information about problems on the PlayStation and Xbox did not appear on the Internet.
