CD Projekt RED has released a new patch for Cyberpunk 2077which, in addition to fixing bugs, has added official support for AMD FSR 2.1 image upscaling technology to the title.
The option is now available on PC, as well as PS5 and Xbox Series X | S consoles. CD Projekt RED Community Manager Marcin Momot declaredthat the setting will be especially useful for gamers with weak hardware.
Momot himself confirmed that on PC the FSR setting is available in the menu, and on console it is enabled default.
Some other changes to the patch:

Night City residents will now use umbrellas of different shapes and colors.

Fixed an issue where V’s chest would start to go through clothing if the player changed size in the Reaper Clinic

Fixed an issue with temporary framerate drops on PC after exiting various menus

Fixed an issue where cross-platform saves from Xbox One consoles were not transferring to PC or PlayStation

You can no longer play horizontal slot machines
