Cyberpunk 2077 may be loved by millions of players now, but when the game first launched, it certainly wasn’t an instant success. While some people (including me) managed to play the game at launch with few issues, bugs abound in CD Projekt Red’s futuristic open world.
The launch was widely regarded as one of the game’s biggest recent flops, so of course it ended up in Brooklyn, New York.museum of failurewas mentioned in.
Even if it’s referenced in museums, it’s hard to think of Cyberpunk 2077 as a failure these days. Thanks to constant updates that improve performance and fix bugs, as well as the popular anime spin-off, Cyberpunk 2077 is enjoying a renaissance, and it has been since 2022, with fans more hyped than ever for its Phantom Freedom expansion.
